1. Older Men- Paul tells Titus to teach them self-control and patience so they'll make wise choices and earn the respect that younger people give them.
2. Older Women- not bad mouth people or drink too much. they should be mentors to young women
3. Young Men- should learn from Titus's example of what it means to be kind and helpful toward others
4. Slaves- should try their best to please their masters
5. Roman Citizens- submit to the government and officers and be a shining light in the Roman Empire
